Статья посвящена истории Белорусской республиканской научной сельскохозяйственной библиотеки (в настоящее время – Белорусская сельскохозяйственная библиотека им. И. С. Лупиновича Национальной академии наук Беларуси). Представлены результаты историко-биографического исследования кадрового состава библиотеки в целях выявления работников – участников и ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны. В частности, рассказывается о четырех сотрудниках библиотеки – участниках Великой Отечественной войны: М. Л. Жуке, А. А. Гуке, Я. Т. Кондратенкове и Н. П. Латышеве. Приводятся их подробные биографии и боевой путь. Отмечается, что перечень работников Белорусской сельскохозяйственной библиотеки, чьи судьбы затронула Великая Отечественная война, не исчерпывается указанными фамилиями. Исследовательская работа в этом направлении продолжается.
The article is dedicated to the history of the Belarusian Republican Scientific Agricultural Library (nowadays - the I. S. Lupinovich Belarusian Agricultural Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus). The study presents the results of the historical and biographical research of the library staff in order to identify participants and veterans of the Great Patriotic War among the employees. In particular, it tells about four workers of the library who participated in the Great Patriotic War: M. L. Zhuk, A. A. Guk, Ya. T. Kondratenkov and N. P. Latyshev. Their detailed biographies and battle paths are given. It is noted that the list of workers of the Belarusian Agricultural Library, whose fates were affected by the Great Patriotic War, is not completed by these names. The research work in this area is ongoing.
